Hi LeeOK,

Most small breed dogs mature around one year of age in both size and mental maturity. Poms are supposed to weigh between three and seven pound, depending on the size of their body frame, and Chihuahuas aren't supposed to weigh over six pounds. So, I'm figuring your Pomchi may hit about five pounds as an adult, but that's not definite. She could wind up a little bigger or smaller depending on the size of her parents.

Hi, when do small dogs mature, she is 12 wks old & is 3/4-1 pound my Pomchi. How much would she weigh grown? Is there a way to know? She's hyper I am so afraid she'll get hurt. She's the size of an adult medium rat.

I used to show Yorkies, and in my experience they mature physically as well as mentally around 12 to 15 months old. :)
