Hi Marie,
If you suspect your dog has a blockage, the best thing you can do is take him to the vet right away. Blockages can cause death. Sometimes feeding plain canned pumpkin can help a dog pass a blockage, but it sounds like your dog may be feeling weak, so I think the trip to the vet would be best.
Thanks for your question, and I hope your dog will be alright.

This could be an allergy, but it sounds more like she was stung multiple times by something. Do you live in an area with fire ants by any chance. I once heard of a similar situation where these insects were involved, but of course I can't be sure this is the case with your dog. The best thing you can do is take her to the vet as quick as you can. Do let us know what you find.
Best wishes for your dog's quick recovery.

That's a tough question to answer, but there are a few clues that can give you a general idea which stage of life a Chihuahua or any dog is in.
Take a look at the teeth. Exceptionally tiny teeth usually indicate the animal in question is a puppy. If the teeth begin falling out and are replaced with larger adult teeth, then the puppy theory proves correct.
The condition of the teeth can also provide clues. Are the canines worn at the tips? Is there excessive tartar at the gumline? These things take time to develop, so you can assume the dog is a mature adult.
The color of the fur on muzzle should also be examined. Senior dogs often display gray-grizzled muzzles.
I can't help you pinpoint an exact age in years, but I hope you find this information useful for a guesstimate. A veterinarian can likely help you get a little closer to a more accurate estimate. Good luck!
