Hi Paula,

That recall happened in 2007, and I haven't heard of any more problems since then so your Iams is probably safe. If you look in the section under "The Recal List", you'll find a blue highlighted link for Menu Foods. Click on that link and you'll see a telephone number for the company. You can call them directly to see if there are any current recalls on the pet products they produce.

Is the Iams dry weight control in the blue bag on that list also, or is just the wet food?

Hi Patti,

Here's the list of the dog food recalls. I see listings for Shep and Shep Dog, but I don't see the biscuits mentioned. Go ahead and take a look for yourself just in case I missed it.
