Hi Sylvie,

There is about 2.50% fiber in Orijen Puppy kibble. Here is a link to more crude analysis info that you might find useful.

Thanks for your question. :)

The nutrition facts on your packaging, was it done in an accredited lab? if so, do you have a lab report on line?

  • Hi Helen,

I recommend you contact Orijen directly for this information. It is a good question though.

Thanks!

Would you (honestly)recommend Orijen for dogs with cancer? We are not doing chemo or radiation, but looking for a better diet.

  • Hi Sherry,

I'm not a vet, so it would be best to ask your vet to examine the ingredient list and analysis for any Orijen formula you're interested in.

From what I learned while investigating Orijen, they use a lot of farm fresh ingredients, and can actually tell you where they get their protein from. They do not buy their meat from a rendering plant as many commercial dog brands do. To me, Orijen does seem like a healthier alternative. Ask your vet if he/she agrees.

Best wishes for your dog's recovery.

I just switched my dogs to Orijen about 3 weeks ago and the verdict was "two paws up"! I agree with the posts here. This food is worth every penny for my three babies health. I have done very extensive research on dog health and the different types of food on the market. I have to say this is a Premium A++ Highly Nutritional food. It shows in my dogs' coats and their activity levels. Overall they look beautiful and healthy.

  • Hi Cathey, thanks for sharing your experience :)
